I'd like to know what is normal activity for an adult male Indian star. Like which hours is he most active and stuff? I do know that he seems to be 'sulking'/sleeping most times in his hide spot. a) I'm a newbie and b)keeping the Indian star was unexpected. He turned up in my garden somehow, went into hiding during the monsoon season and resurfaced and now I've set up some sort of husbandry for him. Do I have to worry about birds being predators, cause I have some kites in my area? My cats practically ignore him so he's safe from them. Is there any chance that the two (cats & tortoise) can pass germs/bacteria to each other and make each other sick? Thanks a lot whoever helps me out.
