Keeping Indian Star Tortises

I have never kept tortises before but kept others herps for quite some time.Are star tortises very diffecult to care for and do you think a I could keep them. I'm sure I can meet all their needs such as an out door encloser, food, ect. I've also read several books on tortises and reserched them on the internet.
