It sounds good, except that those boxes aren't going to last long.
They'll quickly outgrow them.
I wouldn't leave them outdoors in cool weather though, that 50 watt bulb isn't going to keep them warm enough.
At that age, they'll need to come indoors when night time temperatures are lower than 70 degrees.
Infact I wouldn't leave them out overnight in any weather until they reach about 8".
You must also make sure that they are not out there in wet weather.
Sulcatas need it dry, cold and damp will quickly lead to serious health problems.
