moles and nesting turtles/tortoises

May be a stupid question, but I'm sure that I'm not finding all the nests in our (very) large outdoor enclosures.

I have noticed numerous tunnels in the sandy loam mounds that I built specifically to attract nesting.

First question is if moles will eat turtle eggs. Second is a general request for info on best techniques for finding nests.
