The grass sold for cats is usually plain wheat grass. It's probably o.k. for torts, but it would be cheaper and better to use Annie's Pasture Mix. You can grow it in trays to swap in and out of the enclosure, or clip it, or grow it in outdoor enclosures.
And, FWIW, Annie's would be welcomed by cats, too. For those who don't know this, cats like and need some vegetable matter. Outside, they'll eat grass (it doesn't always make them vomit, but if they need to anyway, it can help). My own cats love broccoli and occasionally Romaine lettuce. :-)
