I've seen cats, including my parents cat, eat grass
and plants, but they promptly puke them up in a sloppy
mess. I'm not sure why they do this....
: If you are talking about catnip, I have no idea but probably not...I would advise harshly against it as it makes the cats loopy! Imagine what it might do to tortoises!!! If you don't mean catnip, I'm at a loss. I'm a vet tech and have never seen or heard of cats eating grass as part of their diet...usually catfood is preferred....
