As a matter of fact........if that scenario ever happened........and you let a child die and saved a tortoise.......you'd be thrown in prison....for manslauter(for life, if it were up to me)............Whats the judge and jury going to say when you tell them as your defense "Its just that I like tortoises better"..........The judge would throw the book at you.......your only defense would be to plead insane........Which you are........Which do you kiss first before you go to bed your kids or your TORTOISES...?
