Hi Bee;
These meds are not available over the internet.
Talk to your vet and tell them to find you Ceftazidene ( also known as Fortaz ). This is a people drug and it should be available at any good sized hospital pharmacy. Your vet can contact the hospital pharmacy to purchase a small bottle for your animals. If you do get it feel free to email me for dosage information.
Avoid Baytril as Stars have a bad reaction to it. In the meantime keep the sick animals isolated and hydrated - give warm soaks regularly.

BTW, there is a Star Tortoise list on Yahoo with many Singaporeans on it. Maybe they can direct you to a good vet.
