My guys do the same thing, I found that it happened more when their bedding needed changing. I used to keep them on Bermuda hay because they loved to eat it, but it got very dusty after all the walking they did, and thats when I noticed their eyes watering. Now their on aspen. Still gets dusty, but not as quick. There are times when they water and I know its not the dust so I hope its normal.
