Angel and Bubba move to Texas........

Angel and Bubba have moved to their new home in Texas.
Their new keepers drove down this past weekend to pick them up.

Upon arrival they will be met by the local press, as they're the only sulcatas in that area!
Their new home is much larger than the area they had here.
It's completely planted with native grasses, has a soaking area and heated greenhouse.

They will not be bred and will be part of an educational program.

In a couple of years their new keepers are moving to a larger property, where Angel and Bubba will have a whole acre to themselves.
Their new keepers have no plans to get any more sulcata.

So, as hard as it was to part with them. I look at the little patch of bare grazing area they had here, and know I did the right thing.
