Can you explain how he's housed and what he's fed.
List all the foods you feed him.
If he's housed indoors he MUST have UV lighting.
I would also give him a calcium supplement, crunch up some cuttlebone and leave it in the enclosure for him to munch on for calcium.
In addition you can grate the cuttlebone and sprinkle it on his food a couple of times a week.
Also time outdoors, exposure to natural sunlight works wonders.
Don't leave him out sitting in direct sun though.
But on warm days take him outdoors and let him graze on the grass, supervised, (pestiside and fertilizer free grass).
Explain more about how he's housed, type of enclosure, substrate used, diet, lighting, temperatures etc.
