Russians are great little tortoises, if you have room for a pair they are a lot of fun to watch.
I can't believe that they have it in a semi aquatic set up though.

Being wild caught though a vet visit is a must, for a check up and fecal test.
I used to have a pair of Russians, but rehomed them when I move to the US mainland.
One of my favorite species.

Glad you found out what it is, are you going to get it?
If not, I would at least let the store know that it shouldn't be in a damp environment or have a water area, except for a small bowl to drink from.
