if you build a pen for it, build it extremely sturdy, dig down the walls very deep into the ground (over a foot) and back fill with large gravel. Inside the enclosure, mound the soil up by mixing sand and soil to create a large hill that has good drainage in the soil and slopes to direct water towards the walls, where the gravel will let it down below ground level. Don't put them out when it's raining or soon after, let the humidity lift and the soil drain and dry some.
