are you serious? A small tort like a russian could eat the fanciest organic grown produce and not cost more than a few dollars a week. That's way cheaper than a cat, dog, or whatever other pet. If you are looking for a few cents a week, try getting a bunch of planting trays and a sunny window shelf and planting all the things you feed it. Eventually learn how much he needs, and how many trays you have to grow to keep it up.
