Not really vegetables, but greens.
Endive, dandelion greens, turnip greens, romaine lettuce, chicory, kale, collards.
Feed a variety at each feeding, not just one type.

No iceburg lettuce, spinach or chard though.

Time outdoors grazing on fertilizer and pestiside free grass is excellent.
And you can grow and feed hibiscus flowers, mulberry leaves, fig leaves, grape leaves and opuntia cactus.
