Hi.
Please explain his symptoms to us, does he have a runny nose, difficulty breathing?

How long have you had the tortoises?

How are they housed?

Do they have UV lighting?

What are you feeding them?

Keep the sick one away from the other tortoise, seperate them. Don't let them have any contact, so the other one can't get sick as well.

You can try emailing my vet, Dr Johnson, he is a reptile specialist.Wonderful with tortoises.
But you will need to give him full details of the tortoises symptoms.
