Thank you both for your help. At this point, I've spent close two $2000 trying to figure out the problem. For $3.99, "Turtle Eye Rinse" has worked the best. Funny thing is the last vet at Rosyln Vet Clinic, is a tort owner himself. He brought me into a room to show me pics of his Redfoots, x-rays of other torts and so on. Nice guy. He diagnosed a respiratory problem, even thought the x-rays were totally clear. He had him for a week on nebulizer and antibiotics and sent me home with shots to give him. I thought it was my fault for putting him out for a few hours on a 72 degree day. This trip cost me $600+. I tried the eye clear and it worked, but not a permanent fix. He's my littlest one and he has more personality than the rest. I would love to keep him outside for the summer. Susan, I think he may be allergic, but he can eat the grass without a problem. It seems as if he can't handle it brushing against his eyes. Thanks again and I'll update you as soon as Dr. Raiti checks him.
