The Honolulu Zoo (on the Island of Oahu) has a nice group of Galapagos and Sulcata tortoises, and one ploughshare tort.
Sea life (on Oahu) has a few sea turtles and you can go diving and see sea turtles if you're lucky.
Pet Stores in Hawaii are for the most part very dissapointing, dirty, animals cramped, species mixed all together etc.
If you want to see sulcatas, redfoots, box turtles and russians all mixed together in a filthy/small enclosure. Check out Pets Unlimited in Kahlihi, about 10 minutes from downtown Honolulu. That's about the only store that has a variety of torts/turts.
