Get her on a good diet, fresh greens such as endive, romaine, turnip greens and a little kale and collards etc (variety is key, don't stick to just one or two types). Grated carrot and squash mixed in , in small amounts.
Fresh foods such as hibiscus and other edible flowers, dandelions etc.
Make sure she has a UV light indoors and take her outdoors on warm days.
Access to natural sunlight (outdoors) will work wonders.
She doesn't have to be in full sun, put her in an area with both sun and shade.
Watch her carefully if she's having trouble walking, so she doesn't get stuck in full sun, unable to move herself into the shade.
Make sure she's hydrated with a short soak.
And add a calcium supplement to her diet, calcium carbonate. Or a #phosphorous free# calcium supplemnt such as Rep Cal.
With an improved diet, exercise, UV and natural light, she should start to improve.
I would make sure the vet checks her for parasites.
Best of luck, sounds like you got her just in time.
