Can MBD be corrected?

My 2 Sulcata's have been together since they were babies.Their preveouse owner fed them nothing but corn, bean sprouts and romain lettuce, and no lights at all. Needless to say Peewee looks like a poster child for MBD and pyramiding. Bubba is in better condition for some reason.
My question is, will Peewee's condition progress? I've had them for a couple of years now with all the right stuff (diet,heat,lights,space,suplaments) and I dont see any improvement, if anything he looks alittle worse. I'm having them checked for worms but that wouldnt explain why just one is having trouble, they are together.
Any info on MBD is appreciated.
