Sulcatas are one of the most labor intensive tortoises if you are not prepared. They get big, can be very destructive and really like to eat. That's the worse of it.
They are also one of the most personable, active, animated tortoises and if you have any interest in tortoises, you will surely fall in love with this reptile. It also sounds like you have the ideal location and space for these. You will find more than enough opinions on this particular tortoise so a decision should not be hard to make.
