I agree w/ Terry. I feed Tofu hay (timothy, orchard grass, a bit of oat grass, and bermuda grass hays), all year, but in larger quantity in the winter. I still go out and pull grass and weeds for her unless there's a lot of snow (lucky for me we don't get too much), supplemented with various greens. Tortoises have specific diet requirements which you would have to find out BEFORE purchasing.
