Cages are making me crazy!

Hello, I just found this forum a few days ago, and am glad that I did. Hopefully you guys can help me. I want to get a RedFoot this summer,(it will be my birthday present to myself), and have been doing a lot of research, but I can't figure out what to put him in. All glass doesn't get very good reviews. I keep hearing about rubbermaid, but am not quite sure how that would work. Wouldn't it melt? I found some high impact cages a few days ago, and contacted the cage people, and they seemed like a good option. you can use ceramic heaters I guess. Does any one have any experience with these? What can I put my new little one in that will make him happy, and that I can afford without having to work three jobs?
