Help my tortois went skydiving and her parachute didn't open, what do I do?

The guy at the seafood store where I buy my Chaco tortoises, well he told me that they really like to skydive. So, I took his advice and we went up in the plane, but my Chaco wasn't able to open her parachute. I guess having no fingers makes that hard. Anyway, do you think I should add some soap to her diet would that help?
