Advice on my Leopard Tortoise

Hello everyone!
I'm new to the forum. I'm looking for advice on selling / adopting my adult male leopard tortoise. This is an issue I've been trying to avoid for a long time. He's a little over 7 years old now. I made the mistake of buying him when I was in college, young and inexperienced with reptiles. At the time, he was very tiny and I did not know what I was getting into. I've already invested a good deal of love, time and money in upkeep and feel that I can't adequately house my poor friend any longer as he continues to grow.

It is extremely important for me to find him a loving home. I'm the type of person to rescue any creature and adopt them for my own, so this is very difficult for me to give him up. I live in Northeast PA, can anyone point me in the direction of someone who may be interested in a leopard tortoise? My only concern with adoption is that I would have to surrender his current enclosure which cost me around $500 and that it would be nice if I could sell him to make up for some of my past expenditure. But first and foremost of importance is in finding him a responsible individual who understands the commitment of owning and taking care of an animal of this size. Currently he is close to a foot long. I do not have the space for a larger more adequate habitat nor the time required to properly maintain the current one now.
