I wouldn't go higher than 95-100 in the hot spot, under the basking lamp.
But make sure that the enclosure also has a much cooler side of around 75-80 degrees.
It's 95 here in Arizona today, my sulcatas have been resting in the shade since 11am and won't be out roaming aropund again until around 5pm.
I provide water for them and also for my baby sulcata who's housed indoors.
