All those prices are reasonable especially the spurred tortoise (it is basically being given away at that price assuming it is being shipped in accordance with all federal regulations). Be sure that the leopard tortoises and African spurred tortoises are shipped with the required health certificate issued by an accredited veterinarian and that none of the tortoises are shipped by the US Postal office (Express Mail), which is a violation of federal law.
