Were the injections given in that leg?
If so, then that's probably the reason for the leg being that way.
I know the first vet I took Hoku to gave him a shot in his front leg and he limped for a few days.
The vet my torts see now, has me give the shots at the base of the neck, in the muscle close to the gular scutes.
I'm sure it's still very painfull, Baytril really stings.
Hoku takes it well, but Bubba wasn't happy, he kept pulling in and out of his shell after his first shot yesterday.But came home and attacked his food, so he was fine!
Maybe your vet can show you how to give the shots in another area, so the leg wont get so painfull.
