Question about outdoor pen

Hello everyone I have my main aspects planned out on the pen i'm building for my russian, Now I'm working on figuring out the plants that are going to be planted inside. Does anyone know a site where I can purchase seed mix for different kinds of good stuff for torts? And, I'm looking for some large plants that can be used for shade, but wont be toxic if they decide to eat some of it. For the shade plants, I dont want any seeds, I just want to know a name of a plant I can use in there so I can buy it full grown
