Chard and spinach both contain high levels of Oxalic acic, rubarb contains deadly levels of Oxalic acid.
Oxalic acid interferes with the absorbtion of calcium into the tortoises system.I wouldn't include chard in a tortoises diet, there are so many better choices, Romaine, Dandelion, Endive, Chicory, Turnip Greens, Radiccio, Collards etc.......
Remember no one leafy green should be fed exclusively, variety is the key. Personaly I wouldn'd include spinach or chard in the diet.
