Tunisian tortoise (named Furculachelys nabeulensis by Highfield) is a very small tortoise (less than 1 kg). Testudo graeca ibera from Europe and Asia is much bigger (2-3 kg). Tunisians do not hibernate, iberas do.
Testudo graeca include many subspecies with varying size and origin.
When you say it is a Testudo graeca it is not very much help :(

Lila: Testudo graeca anamurensis
Rosa:Testudo graeca antakyensis:
Green: Testudo graeca armeniaca
Turqoise:Testudo graeca flowerii
Red: Testudo graeca graeca
Red with ?: Furculachelys nabeulensis (Testudo nabeulensis) (Tunisia) and Testudo whitei (Algeria)
Orange: Testudo graeca ibera
Brown: Testudo graeca nikolskii
Yellow: Testudo graeca terrestris
Blue: Testudo graeca zarudnyi
