You can also buy a humidifier and run it in the room she lives in. We did this for a while. Cool mist humidifiers from wal-mart are pretty cheap.
Bed-a-beast is really cheap, I would use that and just change it out every couple days completely.
If you are soaking and then feeding and then soaking again (or just feeding, then soaking) you might find most feces are left in the water. For that reason I typically feed most of my turtles in separate containers and soak them in bins... at least those that like soaking.
: You can put a lid on her tank, and that will increase humidity, but be sure that it remains well ventilated should you choose to put a lid on.
: Plants in the tank or enclosure help keep humidity as well. Good luck.
