I wouldn't recommend any type of canned veggies for sulcata.
And many fresh veggies shouldn't be fed either. Such as corn, peas, beans.......
Beets I believe (although I'm not certain) contain oxalic acid which interferes with the torts abilitly to absorb calcium.
So fresh beets shouldn't be fed either, neither chard, rubarb leaves or spinach, those three all contain high levels ofoxalic acid.
Their diet should consist of grasses, vetches, hay, edible leaves/plants and flowers. Such as mulberry leaves, hibiscus leaves and flowers, fig and grape leaves, dandelion etc.
Opuntia cactus and leafy greens such as endive, romaine, collard, turnip greens, red and green leaf lettuce etc can also be fed.
Fiber is one of the most important ingredients in a sulcatas diet.
Alowing the tortoise to Graze on grasses, vetches etc is probably the best way to provide the fiber.
This grazing diet can be supplemented with fresh flowers and leaves (some good ones listed above)and a variety of leafy greens.
