Thanks for the advice. I'll probably separate the m/f. These torts spend most of their times in burrows in the wild, coming out in the rainy season to mate and eat. I read this in a book at Borders Bookstore. I don't remember the title of the book. The book also stated that this activity wasn't necessarily considered hibernation. They're kind of boring, but awesome shell patterns.
