baby sulcata diet

I have tried feeding my baby sulcata a variety of different things, grasses, alfalfa, dry food, vegetables... and the only thing he will eat is peas and greenbeans, no other vegetables or any of the dry stuff. Is this good for him? I do sprinkly vitamins over his food, and I know he eats that with his food but I didn't think it would be healthy for him to be eating the same thing all the time...?
