Last I read the flourescent blacks can be harmful to their eyesight, but I have no personal experience with them. What I use is 75watt black incandescent bulbs for basking lights because I have all forest dwelling species that don't care for bright light, and this system works incredibly well for them.

I do use 4 ft flourescent UVB lighting for them too, so they can get their rays too!
