The 2 most important thing, Erica, is heat and hydration. Make sure he has temperatures in the range of 80 to 100 F and make sure you soak him daily this time of year because the house heat really drys out the air. Now for feeding, if you are tube feeding him get your hands on some Mazuri tortoise chow. (yes, the greens are the best for him but you need to get something into him and that is better than babyfood). Soak the chow and add some calcium carbonate. (a couple of pinches) Use a feeding syringe to administer. Ask a vet for the amount. Once you get a fecal sample have the vet check that out for any nasties.
Remember though, heat/hydration.
