I have recently aquired a second greek tortoise. The first one who i've had for 4 years is a male, the new one is a female.
Whenever i put them in "his" enclosure he starts ramming her with his shell and trying to bite any extremity he can. Is he fighting for terratory or trying to mate her. and if it is just a part of mating, should i still worry about her being serouisly bitten. will he always act like this or will they get used to each other. anny insight or sugestions please help!
