Thanks, Zab.
How big would the Leopards eventually become? For now, I still like the sulcata better for its outgoing personality. I would have gotten a Aldabra if it weren't that expensive!
Does Ed dig in your yard? If so, what do you do to prevent it from digging through to the next door?

: K,
: I have a sulcata and two leopards. They were both acquired as hatchlings about 5 years ago. They lave lived together all this time. I am thinking they will still be ok together this summer, but after that they will need to be seperated at least for feeding. They live ouside almost all year (in So Cal.) but the sulcata (Ed) is an agressive eater and the leopards are more shy. If I were only now to get one and choose one type it would be the leopards. Ed is outgoing and fun, but his eventual size is challenging. He is a little bulldozer. The leopards are beautiful and friendly and not as intent on teaaring up the place. Luckily my yard is large and they are outside 99% of the time.

: : Hi,
: : I have read so much about adult sulcata smells, how bad it actually is? (from poops and body) So there is really no way to keep one in door in the winter?
