I absolutely and totally agree with you. Since
most of the people asking questions here are
relavant to pets, I thought I would mention it,
But I too have wild caught animals that I am
breeding. I think that with my 3males and 4 females
I have enough now to not have to worry about
diversity for many years.
But, I would never let a friend buy a wild caught
animal for a pet.

: breeders need a range of genes, not all from one source.
: No one disagrees that captive bred is best but where do they originate from....
