There is one website that Niki provides says use grass and 30% edible weeds, hay, etc and veggies and fruit as treats, is it a good plan? I saw most people are feeding veggies only.

K,
I definitely agree with 70% grass and 30% edible weeds, hay, etc and veggies and fruit as treats. This is good diet because it contains all the right stuff and none of the bad stuff. I think this is a good mix. I have 2 following thoughts. 1) Some weeds and veggies are bad. You need to do some more research into this with the following thoughts in mind. It is important to be high in calcium but there are other important minerals too. Maybe even more important is the fact that some minerals and natural chemicals found is some veggies are bad if taken in significant (proportional)amounts. 2) I have also had very good results with sulcatas using a commercial tortoise food made by Mazuri available at most feed stores.
