You can see some fibers from grass sometimes but not totally undigested greens. I would try making sure she has a nice warm basking spot to go to for digesting and don't let her have food at night if you turn off her basking spot then. Take a stool sample to the vet even if they aren't a herp vet. Ask them to do a direct to look for protozoans as well as a float. Panacur is a pretty safe dewormer for reptiles but I wouldn't give the Flagyl unless a diagnosis is actually made. It can throw off the balance in her digestive system.
