Problems with the Morning Glory (lpomoea)?

Have any of you folks had problems with you tortoises eating Morning Glory flowers and leaves. Our next door neighbors have Morning Glories that are starting to edge of the fence, and my I have seen my tortoises - i.e. Adult African Spur Thighed Tortoises and various subspecies of Testudio eat a flower or two. I have picked up most of the flowers, as I was not sure what type of plant it was - now through some initial research I have found out.
