Growth rate for Redfoots??

Hi;

Was considering getting some Redfoots & was just wondering what size do these guys achive within the 1st year to 3 years?? Was planning on purchasing adults but may opt for hatchlings. Anybody want to list out the pros & cons of having hatchlings as opposed to adults??
