I have tried to stay with grazing foods as much as possible. Mine has been raised mostly on bermuda grass with hibsicus flowers, roses and optunia catcus as her treats. Occasionally I give her a little piece of squash, yam, romaine lettuce. If you can't grow the pasture/grass mixes that places like turtle cafe sell, I have seen others post that they buy bermuda grass or orchid grass hay for theirs. I am including a pic of my tortoise Annie taken a couple of months ago. I have had her since she was about three weeks old and she is now 4 1/2. She has spent most of her life outside and grazing.
