you're very welcome, i don't want anyone to have to go through anything near as bad as what im going through (somehow, even with the sun, uvb lights, and d3, my baby honeybee got mbd) i can't see what happened, but someone told me sulcattas are a little more prone to it.
: Thanks to all for the responses, and Danya, thank you so much for the warning! I will get them off of the pellets right away. Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!

: : Hi,
: : I was wondering what some of you for substrate for your sulcatas? I'm hoping to find something that isn't so messy and they won't destroy! To start out with, I had them on newspaper, didn't work too well. Then I bought them "cage carpet" you know, the kind that isn't sapposed to unravel, tare, and animals are sapposed to be unable to eat it, well, that didn't work either! They tore it all to shreds and I even saw them trying to eat it! Now they are on rabbit pellets (alfa alfa), it seems to work ok, but when they get it wet from tracking over it after soaking, it is a real mess and they stay dirty. So, what works for you guys? All info will be greatly appreciated!
