any animal can be mistreated, look at all the stray cats and dogs, this is a human error and should not be placed on reptle owners only. A loose horse or dog can be dangerous, both of these animals have caused many deaths yet you dont see the HSUS trying to ban them. many animals can carry diseases, birds can carry samonella also you dont see them trying to ban them. this ban is rediculous and stupid. i agree the HSUS is not about protecting the animals but is about power ad how much thy think they can gain, they areno better than fish and wildlife, all are after money and power, the herps ar better off with us responsible reptile owners than in there greedy hands
