Central Florida Reptile Farm is a very reputable service. There are many others out there too, I'm sure others could tell you some more. I would say whatever you do, don't buy a sulcata. There are plenty of them out there and you could adopt one.
My personal recommendation for a tortoise pet is the redfoots. Mine is great! They don't require as much space as leopards and sulcatas, and not quite as much of a high temp. requirement. Howefver, if space will be a restriction when the tortoise is large, then try a russian. They are cheap and easy to maintain.
