: Every day or every other day. Provide a water bowl, if she uses it you can give up on the soaking. Be careful on raising the humidity unless you can raise the heat with it. Cool humidity will kill a redfoot for sure. I keep mine on pine bark ships with a water bowl and they are doing great. temperatures right now are about 75 to 90 F.

I've got the plant,and the hydrometer. I woke up this morning with the humidity at 60. The heat is staying about 80. He seems like he is walking around more now. thanks
