I have a very young sulcatta, approx. now 3 months old. My question is concerning his eyes, he only opens them up periodically, and he has to rub them for a bit to get them open. eats selectively but still consumes a decent amount of veggies. This little guy sleeps most of the day. right now in a 20 gallon tank with the hot spot about 88 and cool zone in the mid 70's. I take him outside nearly every day for 20-30 minutes at least and he is very active then. Why is he so inactive? Does anyone know about why his eyes are closed so much? Even when he walks, he has his eyes shut. No appearance of infection..sometimes a little "eye booger" will be on there, but is removed by him or myself. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
